各位好
小弟想請問板上的神人
以178/90的身材,今年18歲
再一個多月後就要鑑測3000公尺了
正面臨如果沒過就退學的問題
如果一邊減肥加上練習
以下兩個問題
1.現在大約跑19分多,有可能進步到15分內嗎?
2.這樣高強度練跑的話會不會膝蓋很容易受傷?
