跑步需要練胸肌嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

最近在跑步,發覺....整段跑下來
通常是手酸~~(靠近胸部兩側)...
所以只能把雙手後背後,撐住腰~~這樣就可以繼續跑
可是雙手沒放前面晃~~感覺抓不太到節奏感
通常是感覺到~~好像胸部兩側的肌肉變軟..導致沒辦法把持節奏感
請問鍊伏地挺身,也算是練肌耐力的種類之ㄧ嗎???
感覺上半身好像影響很大,有時候還可以繼續跑,氣也不喘
可是就是感覺胸肌會發軟....就撐不下去了
