利用好不容易沒下雨的時候出去練跑
突然領悟到:
a.跑步時步頻真的要快,不要在意步幅。
b.跑步時一定要聆聽呼吸聲,呼吸聲代表均速。
c.跑步時大腿要向上用力,不是向下用力。
不知道大家也是這樣覺得嗎?
