跑操場與跑上下坡的差異 - 路跑 Road Running

小魯我大概開始慢跑2個月,一開始都只是跑操場,一直到最近才開始改變路線跑交大環
校(順時鐘,逆時鐘各1圈),發現在跑環校時,跑上坡會比平常跑操場來的喘,速度也比
較慢,但是一到下坡時,就覺得很輕鬆,平常跑操場時,從頭到尾喘的程度都是差不多,
不知道這樣跑上下坡的訓練強度是否會比跑操場的強度來的弱呢?
