最近練跑都是在200m操場跑圈圈
結果外腳(就是逆時針跑的時候的右腳)的小腿處越跑越酸
當開始酸的時候反方向跑也沒辦法調回來
有沒有人的類似的經驗??
這要怎麼處理
休息會好嗎
