是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式?股四頭、股二頭、小腿伸展,繞膝蓋,然後快步走300m
在開始跑,全程15分上下
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?基本上同運動前,有多做個動作(腳底板抵著牆拉小腿
肌)
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?左腳足底筋膜炎(左腳有低足弓)
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)? 無
我一直都是穿當兵公發的鞋子在跑,有時候穿outlet買的adidas跑步鞋跑,昨天看診時醫
生說我足弓低不要亂穿鞋子,難道鞋子真的也是造成足底筋膜炎的原因嗎?
Ps 我23歲,工作幾乎不用站,生活中很少有久站的情形
