跑6分速 心跳卻180 - 路跑 Road Running

安安 各位大家好
小弟21歲 60kg
最近開始接觸跑步,但常常2k 3k就累了,最遠距離是5k (29分多 心率174)
爬了幾篇文發現是我的有氧太差,但是我都已經跑6分速了
速度再降下去 應該只能快走才能在有氧區間
請問各位大大 還有別的方法嗎?
