足弓痛一直快抽筋的感覺 - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:5-7
每次跑步距離or時間:平均7-8k 時間約50分鐘
跑步地點/地面:柏油路
距離用餐時間?上一餐約三小時下一餐約兩小時
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式?
有暖身,脖子+手臂+腰+腳踝+膝蓋+開髖+膝蓋後側
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?最近才開始有收操,著重腿部拉筋
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?只有左足弓會痛,就是蹦蹦的快抽筋的痛,走路會痛所以
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)?無
這兩天有泡腳,也有按摩,沒那麼痛了
可是會好嗎?之前也有一次同樣情形不過隔天就沒感覺了
只有左邊足弓會痛,右邊完全沒感覺
不知道有沒有人遇過這樣狀況?
後來怎麼解決的呢?
