足底筋膜炎伸展姿勢+拉筋板請益 - 路跑 Road Running

之前腳底板痛+阿基里斯腱很緊,休息兩個禮拜後復跑
目前是不痛,但跑完緊繃的感覺很明顯,連跑兩天7km就感到快要小小爆掉
想要採取跑一休一,加強伸展,看能不能加速復原
我覺得單純休息好像有限,休到不痛之後小跑+伸展足夠,隔天反而狀況更好
但真的就是要小跑就是了...(僅個人經驗,沒有甚麼醫學根據)
想要請問足底筋膜炎的伸展除了弓箭步,坐姿雙腳打直手拉腳底板肢體前彎外,
還有甚麼有效的伸展動作呢?
一直以來都是作這兩種,不知道有沒有其他伸展動作可以參考
另外,爬文有看到許多人推「拉筋板」,剛好家中有一個擺在倉庫塵封已久
這個有什麼特別的伸展姿勢嗎?還是只有單純站著做肢體前彎?
