超新手的問題(第一天跑步) - 路跑 Road Running

前天第一次上跑步機,跑1k而已
平常都只有重訓,ㄧ週2天,持續快ㄧ年左右,
因為從小就討厭跑步,很容易喘,
前天想說上去跑跑看,連機器都不太會按
只記得速度是調到6,
跑1k沒有休息,也不太喘,但時間忘了看
意外覺得跑起來感覺很好,很喜歡
跟小時候對跑步的印象不同,
所以決定要開始跑步,
想請問大家新手該怎麼設定目標呢,
我沒有要減重,只希望可以愛上跑步,
並且持續下去就好
設定跑3k不休息這樣可以嗎,
我ㄧ週大概可以跑4天,
真的很喜歡的話可以抓時間天天跑
明天會去跑,
請問第二次練習跑2k
還是可以跑到沒力,或是很喘就停下來,
第一次跑有點抓不到速度怎麼調比較好
