起霧的感覺 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

小弟最近剛開始接觸、嚐試靜坐
目前採用把念頭定在眼前一物的方式
試著靜下來坐沒幾分鐘 眼前就會有"起霧"的感覺
有白色的霧氣從視野範圍的下方蒸騰往上 但是並不會整個視野一片白茫茫的
只要稍微調整視野的焦距與方向這種情形就會消失
重新設法定住念頭之後又會再次出現
想請問面對這樣的情形 是不是仍然維持住那種靜心的狀態 白霧任他蒸騰就好了呢?
