小弟認為
1. 拿到球 軸心腳離開地之前 球要離開手
2. 只有上籃可以多跨一步 如果跨了兩步沒上籃 就是走步
3. 墊步 : 一定是單腳起跳 可以單腳或雙腳著地
如果單腳著地 不可和起跳那隻腳為同腳 且一定要上籃動作 不可在停球
如果雙腳著地 雙腳皆不可再移動 但可以停球嗎?或假動作
3的爭議好像有點大~
舉個例好了
A: 運球運一運 左腳起跳 左腳先著地 再跨右腳 投籃
B: 運球運一運 左腳起跳 雙腳著地 做一次假動作 傳球
C: 運球運一運 左腳起跳 雙腳著地 右腳跨出 做一次假動作 投籃
