赤腳跑 起水泡 正常嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

因為聽說赤腳跑可以訓練到腳掌,
我從5~6天前開始在學校操場赤腳慢跑,
從一開始15分鐘慢慢的增加到40分鐘,
每次跑都會盡量不要有蹬的動作,
不過今天跑完,兩隻腳的小指頭外側會起水泡,
害我會刻意把重量移動到腳掌內側。
請問這是因為姿勢問題嗎?
還是說起水泡是必經的過程呢?
