胸部大是因為遺傳,但我很不喜歡...所以我每天搥打.胸罩穿的緊緊的...但好像不是很有效,這樣做好像有壞處請問要怎麼樣有效瘦胸呢?不要花錢的!拜託不要跟我說常運動-.-還有我脊椎側彎要怎麼調整回來?我坐姿都有盡量改正了0.0(1)讓胸部有效變瘦(2)脊椎側彎怎麼調整回來?這是我要問的拜託各�
