個人私心很愛這首歌曲, 相當可愛的歌曲搭配 158個 kick, 怎麼不讓你喜歡他?
side-kick + front-kick + back-kick ! (Tae Kwan Do. Kick KATA)
踢完再來連續的back-kick! 千萬記住, 要控制腿的力量, 不要變成甩腿 !
還記得我剛開始說的 lunge 在 BC68 居然變成主要的休息時間.. OMG !
如果要加強 lunge 力道, 別忘記摸摸自己的腳踝 :-D
這首歌使我想到 BC48-6 的經典 Drummer Boy, 也是無數個踢腳, 踢到自己都
要去見祖先了 XD
07. MUAY THAI
The United Vibe
這又是一首之前的音樂來回來再度利用, 之前在BC35-2 曾經打過, 又是
最近 Bodycombat 很愛的 Scooter 的作品 :-) 按照最近的趨勢, 感覺未來
每一次新的發表, 應該都會有兩首回收再利用的歌曲 ?!
這一次的泰拳沒有 Jump knee(馬力跳) ... (表示失望..)
單純的 Jab+Ascend Elbow+knee 開始, 後來搭配 Running man, 但是
熟悉的音樂讓我差點做了 BC35-2 的動作, 再來就是Descend Elbow訓練
腹部核心, 最後搭配好久不見的 SBDP(Street Brawl Downward Punch)
打地板的動作 !
真心覺得, 這次的 track 7 Muay Thai 比較沒有驚豔的特色在, 可能是
track 2, 4, 5, 6 的動作讓我印象太深, 導致 track 7 有點失望 !
08. POWER TRAINING 3
Out Of My Hands
打到這裡, 我只有一個想法...我終於打到最後了 ! 第一次打BC68 真的在最後
一首歌真的會很感動 :-) track 8 跟 track 3 一樣, 也是很基本的動作,
把基本的動作做好是最難的 ! 但是也讓我開始想想之前打過的幾個套路,為什麼
他們要如此編排 BC68 ?
打完這些歌曲之後, 自己有一種重新認識 Bodycombat 的感覺? 忽然想起...
自己第一次進教室, 自己第一次打 Bodycombat 那種感覺, 有種 reborn的感覺!
那是一個自己挑戰自己, 自己戰勝自己, 我也做得到的感覺 !
09. CONDITIONING
Turn Down For What
track 9 完全是下半身+腹部核心的磨練, 什麼? 你都翹頭不做肌力跟緩和?
你錯過很多精彩的部份了 ! 尤其是側身對腹部的轟炸 !
10. COOLDOWN
I See Fire
其實我沒有看到火, 我有看到汗水的煙在身上飄動 !? (健身房空調開太冷了)
打完所有的歌曲, 真的讓我很感動 !
其實打到一半, 我自己有一種感覺 .. "No more bodycombat" !
但是打完之後, 心理又在想, BC 68 都這樣了, 那 BC 69 呢?
難道要大家後空翻 ?!
