[請益] 下犬式時覺得眉心壓力很大 - 瑜珈 Yoga

我練瑜珈已經約四五年了,
上個月有事而中斷一個月左右的時間,
這段期間我生病,氣血循環很差,
也吃了中藥調養。
最近開始恢復上課,
做下犬式時,眉心覺得壓力很大,
前額也頗痛,
但下課後休息十分鐘後就覺好多了。
之前偶爾也會覺得眉心壓迫,
但沒有痛成這樣。
有無前輩知道是什麼原因呢?
可能是身體氣血循環還是什麼問題呢?
