借同標題請教一下 也是自由式的問題
關於划手部分 之前 萩原智子教學如下:

片中非常強調 首先抓水到胸口中線後 再使勁往後推
之前我曾質疑 "如此抓水到胸口這段時間 產生推力是很小或有限的"
但實際試過 似乎抓到胸口中線推 身體產生的阻力好像比較小
但是手很鱉 使力方式很複雜 要慢慢練

雖說是螃蟹手 high hips 但我發現英文內容都是在說要抬高屁股...= =
我看了兩三次 似乎沒有發現明顯的抓水 而是在彎曲手臂後 直接以"ㄑ"字後推
影片中 手部完全都在身體側邊進行 甚至出水時也離"咖稱" 頗遠
實際試 發現推力似乎有增加 但是很容易干擾身體平衡 很吃臂力 要搭配很好的打水推力

我想請教的是 1.荻原的方法中 抓水到胸口這段時間 產生推力是很小或有限的嗎?
2.螃蟹手 因為要打開腋下 所以手掌不可能划到身體正中線?
3.兩種方法 不論學習難度 哪種比較省力 或 推力較強呢?
