請教心跳數 - 路跑 Road Running

之前曾在FITNESS版發問過,不過沒得到任何回應,所以在專業的路跑版
再次提問。
目前我是希望慢跑時心跳數可以降低,但不減緩速度,目前我以8.5km/hr
或是9.0的速度跑,說實在速度不快,但是我的心跳往往很輕易就飆破一百
六,居高不下,心跳雖然這麼快,但是我的呼吸卻又不紊亂而身體也還蠻
有餘力的,再繼續加速度應該不是大問題,可是只要速度一加,那跟我心
跳數降低的期望又背道而馳。
請問版友有沒有遇過這種狀況,該要如何調整才能夠達到我的期望呢?
p.s 我已經持續一星期跑兩次四十分鐘這個習慣有半年了。(其餘天數會
有另外的有氧運動,如騎腳踏車或是戰鬥有氧之類的)
