請教受傷的位置 - 路跑 Road Running

菜鳥今年三月剛開始練習,
之前從不跑步
從一開始跑200公尺就喘爆了,8-9分速
斷斷續續練習大概跑1天休息1-3天,
到六月份確診休了三周,
接著7、8、9月,每個月大概跑60公里,每趟跑5-7公里,
速度也不快約6-7分速,每趟大概6分30,
突然在一次跑的過程中沒有不適,但跑完走路掰咖,
痛點在大腿外側接近髖關節,走路會卡卡的,如下圖橘色位置

後來每次跑完都會有不適感,休息1-2天後又能跑,
直到10月中去看醫生,醫生說可能拉傷,貼藥膏休息就好,
我休了4周,再跑還是一樣,上網看骨骼肌肉圖很像是髂脛束
但是跟症候群的狀況不一樣,膝蓋也沒不適,
請問這邊是什麼位置?我一樣再去看復健科嗎?
好想跑步阿,煩請各位前輩指導!
