小弟現在都在上大夜7-11的凌晨11點到早上7點等於說日夜顛倒,因為,想要減肥可是卻不知道從何下手,才是正確的減肥方式擔心會傷到身體,之前是用跑步的方式,可是卻傷到膝蓋,一直在做復健想說改用騎腳踏車跟游泳和搭配飲食所以,想請各位幫我擬定飲食和運動的方式小弟體重目前110KG目標70
