請問長泳該注意的步驟 - 游泳討論

小弟我很想要運動減重
最近因為天氣實在太熱
所以就挑上了游泳這項運動
但是小弟我無法一次游太久
大概游一百到兩百公尺左右就要休息一下(小弟游自由式)
每次游到一半都會覺得喘不過氣
要不然就是手腳酸到讓我無法再繼續打水
雖然我有努力調整姿勢,但還是一直撐不太下去>"<
所以想來想請問版上的高手是否有什麼長泳該注意的事項或秘訣
另外,聽說如果太長休息的話消耗熱量的效率會比較差
所以我在游累時都會改成在水中走路
等到比較沒那麼喘、肌肉沒那麼酸後就在繼續游
請問這樣在水中走路能不能幫助我消耗熱量
還是沒什麼用?
這樣跟直接休息一下比較起來是否能更有助於減肥?
