我想變瘦,之前晚餐都會吃飯(有吃菜+水果)51.2KG後來晚餐沒吃飯(有吃菜+水果)就瘦到49.2但是已經維持很久了,都瘦不下來,一直卡在這我還是個學生,所以中餐都吃營養午餐早餐吃黑糖饅頭+鮮奶午餐大概都一些些飯加一點點菜,沒有很多因為不太愛吃但是晚餐就吃比較多,幾乎都是菜+魚+海鮮+水果(奇異果OR蘋��
