小弟目前的吃法是約7k吞一顆
吃了以後體力比較不會掉太快
目前最多一次吃了3顆(30k)
預計月底要跑初馬
想說帶個五顆在身上
請問這樣會不會吃太多?
還是有什麼其他的東西可以替換吃?
