請問自由式練側踢打水 - 游泳討論

我平常游自由式
都游一千到一千五,大概22min/1000m
速度要再快一點就會很累
我發現是踢腿技巧的關係
如果單純打水幾乎很少前進
上網看到這種側踢打水方式

看起來前進蠻快的
可是我實際這樣游的時候花很大力氣還是只有前進一點點
游不到五十公尺就很喘
我有爬過文也有照前輩的指導盡量腳背壓平大腿帶動小腿
還是游不快
請問有甚麼技巧嗎
