請問腳踝受過傷後要如合訓練避免再次受傷? - 籃球

小弟我暑假時去安森打球
有一次搶籃板踩到別人腳大扭
腳腫的很大 去看中醫
然後休息了一個多月不敢打球
之後打球都會帶護踝
可是兩三個禮拜前還是大扭了= =
本來只是想隨意流流汗運動一下結果大扭了.....
於是我又休息了快三個禮拜到今天都不能碰球
我想問一下 有沒有訓練方式可以增強韌帶那一部分的強度?
我以後除了帶護踝還要穿長襪打球 可是還是會怕怕的= =
自己有在打系隊雖然只是大一小嫩咖 可是真的很喜歡打球
不想因為傷影響在比賽時的拼勁
拜託各位大大指點一下摟:)
