我是最近才開始慢跑的,爬了文後,決定先求距離,再求速度(目標減脂和練體能,171cm,66kg,體脂21%,男)。一週約跑45次,今天終於達成跑完十公里的目標。但是花了1小時18分鐘(真的是慢慢跑)。心跳我有大致測量,大概140150左右。跑完會滿身汗、有些喘,但不會累到不行這樣。而小腿肌和腳底板到最後1、2km左右開始略感吃力。
請問目前這樣的狀況對減脂是ok的嗎?還是有什麼可以再調整的嗎(例如姿勢或速度之類)?
