請問有效的飲食控制+運動減肥+長高我現在是高職一年級生,16歲163公分,72公斤,是男生平常早上起來差不多6點回家差不多10點,踏踏步機,每次30~40分鐘搭配手部運動,每次還流汗滿多的差不多11點左右上床睡覺早餐通常是撘公車後在學校附近買鐵板麵and奶茶中參通常是合作社的麵包土司and奶茶之類晚
