最近在練習手的部份。

而我將手往後推,學習著1:13分的影片內容
覺得肩膀與手臂交接處會很卡,應該是骨頭發出的聲音。
目前是持浮板划手,很不順,因為我不知道該怎麼放鬆,
要怎麼做,這個地方的動作才會順暢。
(看影片還有游池的人都好厲害喔)
現在踢水不論是不是持浮板都可以感受到水的溫和度。
可是只要是放開浮板加上手的姿勢就上半(身)分解。
只要感覺得沒空氣,有一點緊張,就整個沉下去了。
