請問復健及關節的保護 - 籃球

小弟 180cm/74kg
位置從後衛一直打到小前鋒
其實在受傷前一直很靠身體素質打球,
速度和彈性一直是最自傲的武器
直到上大學後狂受傷,漸漸的打法變得很保守,
去年一次嚴重的受傷
(左腳踝腓側韌帶撕裂,拄了三個多月的柺杖,現在左腳踝比右腳踝大一圈還硬硬的)
讓我的打法變得更保守
甚至到了今年,全身上下受的傷多到誇張,
不止左腳踝,連膝蓋、兩手手腕也都是一堆傷痛
使得我漸漸失去打球的熱情,
這幾天又看了久違的幾場NBA球賽後,
深深覺得我不能失去陪我長大的籃球啊~~~
於是想開始重新練球。
哈 重點來了
其實小弟我是一個關節很容易受傷的人
我想請問各位大大有什麼復健的良方以及避免關節受傷的嗎
