請問如何突破怠惰感 - 路跑 Road Running

月底要參加人生第一次10k
已經練跑了兩個月,目前能跑5k不喘,身體也還能跑下去。。
現在每天都會跑5k加上暖身跟cool down的走路,差不多是6-8k
可是,每次只要跑步30分鐘(5k) 就會忍不住停下來走.....
請問各位前輩是如何突破身體跟意志力的怠惰感呢。。
我的跑速是30分鐘5km,差不多是每六分鐘一公里
