快50歲了,之前體重約110kg,兩年來勤運動,目前約65kg,每天都有運動,伏地挺身60,仰臥起坐60騎單車上下班,來回20km,是不再胖嘟嘟的,腹部肌肉ok,但覺得手臂肌肉有點鬆請問如何把手臂練的又粗又結實?...Showmore
