大家好,小弟有些吃的問題想問大家如何解決,
最近將練跑量稍微提高後非常容易餓,
明明已經過了發育的年紀了,但只要前一晚有跑10K左右,
隔天就是7:00早餐→10:30餓→撐到中午才吃→3點半又餓了吃一些小東西
→5點半餓到受不了了吃晚餐→9:00又餓了去跑完再說
→10點了但是沒吃飽睡不著只好...再吃一頓
這樣的循環
請問大家把跑量拉高的時候有遇到類似的困擾嗎?
都是怎麼解決的呢?是像小弟一樣吃就對了,
還是會準備一些方便熱量又高的小東西來補充呢?
還是有推薦吃些什麼種類的食物?像是碳水化合物含量高的?香蕉、吐司之類的?
因為小弟聽說有運動餓了就是要吃才好恢復,不然滿虧的,
但是這肚子餓的頻率已經有點太高啦~~~救救我!!!
