我爸年紀大了,膝蓋不是很好而且我之前聽說過度的運動會造成關節損傷例如跑步、騎單車過度使用膝蓋之類的....我弟很常運動,很常出去騎長途的腳踏車他們的膝蓋都需要好好保養一下….所以我愛買保健食品的媽媽叫我去網上查哪種固骨頭的東西好……我查完後覺得「維骨力」這家牌子算最有知名��
