你們都怎麼訓練下半身?
深蹲,跳繩,間歇跑,長跑
你們是怎麼分配四種的比例!
再麻煩你們附上自己的量級!
大家也比較好參考參考!
我是210磅
目前是5000M X 4 一週
跳繩 4x 3min X4 一週
深蹲 一週一次
心得是:體能比重訓來的重要,所以把跑步列為第一,跳繩第二,深蹲第三
