現在我每天至少做200下仰臥起坐但是不知道是否有減到肥我高中1年級身高170體重63是否很肥?我感覺自己很肥有些人說我不會有些說會我阿姨還叫我再吃5公斤??我現在覺得我太肥每天做200下以上有用嗎??
