請問400公尺怎麼跑 - 路跑 Road Running

近日測驗要跑400公尺,2分半內要跑完
有去体育場跑了幾次,大約2:10內可跑完沒問題
平時是沒在運動,這次測驗才在跑,年紀大了
有人說才400,直接衝到底就好了
但因年紀較大,沒像年輕人体力那麼好
請問,有在跑步的各位大大,400有建議怎麼跑較好嗎?
我有試前100先衝,然後100-200稍緩
200-300再加速,最後100用盡最後力氣跑完
(最後100真的是用盡氣力)

只要正常健康的人不用練,輕鬆跑就過了。

引擎輸出的馬力(肌力、心肺),而油箱才是體力、續航力。心
態上就是跑就對了,如同上面大大說的,一般2分半跑完400不
算困難。如果要加強的話可以從肌力跟心肺著手,如果要問跑
的策略的話 留給其他高手補充~

去更多秒數;二方面是,如果你們是在田徑場照著正式的起點
起跑的話,前100公尺是彎道,並不是加速的好選擇。照你說
的,年紀大平時又少運動,還是保守一點吧,你已經能在時
限內跑完了,就別太勉強了。

稍稍微微前傾帶點速度,第二彎道一樣保持步伐就好別
催力,最後直道剩多少力就全梭啦。賽前動態伸展暖身要
做足十成,盡量不要用前跨大步來加速,沒力的時候用
手臂擺動來帶節奏,別受傷了
