調整手感 - 籃球

練投久了
有時候覺得一直練也不是辦法
腦子想的軌跡跟投出去的硬是有那麼一點點差距
甚至有時候體力快用完了
還隱約注意到自己姿勢有點變形

之前忘記是聽誰說的
不準的時候(是指in-n-out那種不準 不是麵包或是連框都碰不到的不準= =)
與其一直不停的練
不如想一下問題出在哪邊然後調整手感
大家有聽說什麼調整的方式或是有自己的感想嗎?

我魯鈍的腦子想了想
想到最後還是一樣繼續一直投 投到沒力了再說...囧>
