我身高180體重在6月9日量是83體脂肪率是24.8因為我6月6日就開始慢跑了每次都跑200公尺操場25圈跑到6月14日體重變成82.6體脂肪率是21.8我早餐是吃飯糰加蛋和大杯的無糖冰豆漿午餐是吃麵晚上吃的很少我很想要在9月13日時能降到體重變成60和體脂肪率變成10左右我該如何減呢?還有我想要變得又瘦又壯我何時
