該如何有效的消除小腹贅肉呢? - 運動

平常都有保持每週五天每次一小時的運動(韻律操),且偶爾也有騎單車身體其它部位都不胖,但不知為何小腹還是很大無法消除贅肉....請問這是什麼原因?若要就醫要掛哪一科呢?若動手術會有效果嗎?這跟平常水喝太少排便不順有關係嗎?若通便後是否可以改善?要如何靠自然療法或飲食來調整呢?
