今年總覺得跑步開始卡撞牆期,練跑的時候常常到後期覺得
有時候是腿還沒累但呼吸跟體力覺得狀態不是很好
不然就是狀態覺得還ok,但腳趾或者前掌會不舒服
總之就是跑到後面會有後繼無力和力不從心的感覺
而且也不是自己心理的問題而已,看成績甚至10k也一直卡在51分左右
甚至有時候會掉到快52分,覺得怎麼練習好像就是這樣了
後來問了一些前輩,除了建議我還是要適度休息才不會適得其反之外
也有人建議我可以把訓練鞋換成厚底的鞋看看
主要是說我比賽再穿提升跑速為主的薄底就好,訓練還是穩定跟舒適感重要
說可以試試跟他一樣的Boston 10,他自己去年換這雙當練習鞋後覺得很不錯
因為撞牆了一陣子,我也就死馬當活馬醫,把訓練鞋換成Boston 10看看
換這雙後跑了三週左右,也從原本一週跑三至四天,改為跑一天休兩到三天
一開始確實覺得中厚底的訓練鞋較重,不過跑了5K左右其實就能適應
之後感受到的是這腳掌被牢牢地包覆,反而到後期也沒不適感
而且可能較厚的鞋底也減輕不少反作用力,感覺體力消耗的也比較少
確實整體來說不如比賽鞋跑起來有健步如飛的體感,但最近一次10k已經突破到51分內!
其實也算是蠻驚喜的,原本以為只要跑到後來沒有力不從心的感覺就很好了
沒想到成績也有進步! 覺得訓練鞋的包覆舒適性跟穩定度真的才是最重要的
