訓練的質跟量 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟想請問在訓練中質與量如何分配的問題
訓練的質不外乎漸歇 門檻跑 兩者都要以較高的速度跑
這也是困擾我的地方所在 有時無法完成 只達到課表的六到八成
於是我捨棄質的訓練 每次不要求速度跑個12K 時間大約一小時左右
跑完也是會累 假日增加個4到5K 一個星期里程大約60K
不訓練速度的結果 跑個三個星期
我發現成績並沒有進步 再去測10K 成績依舊 甚至退步
這也讓我覺得困擾 也不是沒有再跑 但為何成績原地踏步
想請問板上各位高手 對於質與量的訓練看法是如何呢?
