最近跑量來到突破 300km 一個月
練跑時留意一些數據 可以平均 137 心跳 步頻176 用2小時跑完半馬
這樣跑完蠻舒服的 衣服褲子不會很濕 (可能跟天氣有關 濕度57)
疲憊感也不會很明顯 (流汗越多 電解質也會流失越多)
想問想用這樣的模式 讓跑速增加 心律維持
有甚麼好的訓練方法嗎?
