請教一下
要加強自己的單槓技能 要怎麼去練習呢??
我目前反手拉 只能3~5下 想要達到10下
目前只有跑步(3000M) 啞鈴練手臂可行嗎??
前陣子開始拉單槓時 隔天丹田會作痛 要休息2~3天
這是太久沒運動了嗎??
