訓練後(中)的補給品
常看到說可以吃有高乳清蛋白的補給品(粉末泡那種)
似乎跟高蛋白營養劑類似(?)
但一大桶都上千元 頗貴
想請問各位前輩
若有乳糖不耐症 - [喝牛奶必拉]
這樣 適合乳清蛋白或高蛋白的這種訓練補給品嗎??
