我最近兩週入手garmin FR620, 開始研究他的動態偵測功能.
是我第一次用正規的跑錶作訓練, 以前都是帶車錶跑, 因為自己本來是騎車的.
跑齡約2年, 跟騎車作穿插, 最近的一年內比較有算規律在跑.
不過都是自己瞎練, 沒什麼訓練紀律, 因為沒有打算比賽, 只想維持心肺功能而已.
大多輕鬆跑為主. 每次10K上下, 偶爾跑跑山路.
路面幾乎都是柏油路, 因為附近就是河濱車道.
最近用620試跑幾次發現, 跑平路我的步頻跟垂直振幅還可以, 都有藍色的水準.
只有觸地時間, 即便全力衝刺都很難低於250ms,
今天嘗試修正跑姿, 也只是步幅變大, 心跳衝更快, 沒什麼改善.
我171cm/64kg, 體脂率14%,
大小腿因為騎車的關係比較粗壯些, 會有影響嗎?
想要再進步, 有何改進的方向呢?
感覺我的跑姿已經定型了呀.
