大概跑了三個月,看心情跑步~
有時一週四次有時一週兩次
從一開始的400m就喘到不行,進步到可以用9分速連續不停跑3k
今天試著用9分速在半小時跑了4k,可是跑到後來會反胃、風一吹就雞皮疙瘩
(吃完晚餐2小時後去跑,應該不是熱量不夠?)
然後停下來就覺得頭昏想吐
有用腹式呼吸法,跑的時候不會太喘,但停下來後就開始天旋地轉
感覺一直無法突破,好想再進步可是就卡住了......
如果距離想拉長,只能跑跑走走
如果是跑跑走走,都無法撐到一小時
如果想連續跑不停,距離總是無法突破4k
不然就是身體會有哪裡不舒服(腹痛or反胃or頭昏)
諸如各式各樣情況= =
想請問究竟該怎麼練習跑步才對呢?
