小弟我之前都有保持慢跑的習慣,
但礙於考試的關係,有半年沒跑了...
最近跑下來的心得是...我delay了以前平均時間有5min,
心裡真的很不是滋味,我是跑4km的,操場10圈!
想問有經驗的人,可以幫我搭一下菜單好嗎?謝謝!
我有想過要做下半身重訓,讓下盤肌耐力好一些,不知大大們覺得如何?
