剛剛去跑操場 因為設定跑10圈
所以故意放慢速度 因為怕跑不完
可是好像都用小腿在支撐?
不知道這樣對嗎 會不會讓小腿變粗呢
請問要怎麼進步
下次就把圈數ㄧ直增加嗎?
還是說要提速呢
