我需要在一個月內瘦3~5公斤!剛開始,總是很有衝勁~每天努力實施減肥計劃...但是,覺得好痛苦喔!每天都覺得好無奈(被家人說肥..要減肥之類的)有時一個星期瘦了1公斤,隔天又肥回來了><我是那種一瘦,臉就會瘦...但我臉瘦不好看...我最想瘦的是下半身阿!!但它就是不瘦~好沮喪/_\\到底要怎樣
