我是女生,因為平時都是坐在辦公室工作,最近想來騎單車當運動,但是又害怕會這樣的運動久了會有蘿蔔腿的產生....唉~
可否請教各方大大,要如何防止騎單車而產的蘿蔔腿?

運動後做一些肌肉伸展的運動可以預防所謂蘿蔔腿的產生
還可以幫助釋放運動所堆積的乳酸
減緩肌肉酸痛的現象
你可以試試:
坐姿.....
雙腳往前伸直,打開與骨盆同寬
腳尖往內勾
雙手試著抓住腳尖
若抓不到
抓小腿也可以
只要腿後側有拉緊的感覺就是了
每次最少持續10秒再放鬆....多做幾次
只是感覺被拉緊....而不是痛喔
若感到痛就表示動作不正確
不能勉強做下去喔
